Receptiviti conducted a volunteer study on a self-reported high-functioning executive team. The analysis used transcript data from the team’s internal meetings conducted over Zoom between June and December 2021. Group and individual-level insights were studied. The language data from each meeting transcript was split by speaker and then scored to produce individual-level insights. Group-level insights reflect the average score of all speakers. The objective of the study is to highlight linguistic measures that may be informative when evaluating team dynamics and identifying opportunities for optimizing team composition, and performance improvement.
