Plans for Everything from Pilots to Enterprise-scale Deployments
Receptiviti is designed to scale with the way you work. Every option is built on the same validated science. The difference is simply how you choose to apply it — through our two flagship API environments, Visualizer, or Applied Insights.
Receptiviti Frameworks
All delivery methods are built on the same scientifically validated frameworks.
Many organizations begin with one or both of our Core frameworks — Big Five Personality or LIWC & LIWC Extension. Others customize their access by selecting specific Expansion frameworks, while some choose the full suite from the start. Whatever your goals, Receptiviti makes it easy to scale framework access as your needs evolve.

Usage Tiers
Every tier includes the same validated insights, with higher word volumes for growing organizations, giving you room to grow, without surprises.
Your applications and analyses may scale, but the science doesn’t change. Receptiviti provides transparent tiers so you know exactly what’s included. Most customers begin at 250,000 words per month and expand usage as their workflows grow.

Built for Flexibility, with Simple Commitments
Every Receptiviti engagement starts with a 3-month minimum commitment. Beyond that, pricing adjusts to your usage, frameworks, and specific needs. Volume discounts and consultative pricing are available for enterprise deployments and Applied Insights.

Validated Science, Trusted in Practice
Organizations use Receptiviti to bring psychological rigor to decisions that shape people, teams, and strategy.
Frequently Asked Questions
Clarity on commitments, usage, and options to help you plan with confidence.
Q: Is there a minimum contract length? A: Yes. All Receptiviti subscriptions include a three-month minimum commitment. For most customers this isn’t a concern, as once a product or workflow is built on the API, usage typically continues and grows over time.
Q: Does Receptiviti offer annual subscriptions or packages? A: Yes. Many customers prefer annual contracts with upfront payment. Instead of monthly word thresholds, annual subscriptions provide a single yearly word allotment, which allows greater flexibility between projects and reduces month-to-month constraints.
Q: What kind of support is available? A: All customers have access to responsive support and educational resources. For organizations that want deeper engagement, we selectively offer consulting services. These projects often focus on repeatable, long-term use cases and may include technical support (e.g., API integration) and scientific expertise (e.g., framework selection, interpretation, and application). Consulting is not our core business, but we offer it when it helps customers scale successfully.
Q: Do you offer discounts for startups? A: We sometimes provide limited-term discounts for early-stage companies or individuals building initial products and workflows. These discounts are designed to support development and testing, and they typically transition to standard pricing once the product is in regular use.
Q: What happens if I exceed my monthly word allotment? A: Receptiviti includes reasonable, pre-defined overage rates in every contract. If your usage goes beyond the included words, we’ll work with you to apply the appropriate rate or adjust you to a higher tier. Many customers choose to expand their tier proactively once usage stabilizes, but occasional overages can be accommodated without interruption to your service.
Q: Can I add frameworks later? A: Absolutely. Many customers begin with one of the Core frameworks (Big Five or LIWC) and expand over time. Additional frameworks can be added at any point to deepen your analyses without disrupting existing integrations.
